The conductors are 23 AWG and of pure copper with a crosstalk separator between the pairs. This means that it meets the requirements for bothCat6 channel and component standards as well as PoE applications. I.e meets the specification with 250 MHz bandwidth and up to 10 Gbps transfer rate. The jacket off the cable is marked with a downward length indicator every meter, which makes it easy to check how much cable is left so that both installation time and cable scrap are reduced.
